Where is Elevated Designs located?
Elevated Designs is a small design studio in Charleston, South Carolina. Every shirt and print is designed and printed to order here, and we ship across the United States.
How long does an order take to ship?
Orders ship within 5–7 business days because each piece is printed to order. Transit time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout, and you get tracking by email.
How do the sizes fit?
Most of our tees are unisex sizes; youth and women's blanks are labelled as such in the shirt choice. Each product page has a size guide; measure a shirt you like flat and compare. Fit varies a little by brand, and the brand and style are named on the product page.
What are the shirts made of?
Soft ring-spun cotton and cotton blends, printed with water-based inks. Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry to keep the print looking new.
Can I put my own design on a shirt?
Yes. Use the Design your own page to upload your art or add text, choose the shirt, color and size, and check out.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered (the wrong design, color or size), email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll reprint it free or refund you, your choice, at no cost to you.
Can I return a custom shirt?
Custom and made-to-order pieces are printed just for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. If one arrives damaged or wrong, we reprint it free or refund you.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We ship within the United States only.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Shopify and accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
